A look back at the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship 2024
The 2024 TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) put the spotlight on home-based players, showcasing African talent and the passion of fans in East Africa’s first ever tri-hosted CAF tournament.
Morocco claimed a record third CHAN title with a thrilling 3–2 win over Madagascar in Nairobi, Senegal secured third place, and Sudan impressed with a semi-final run. Hosts Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda also shone, underlining the strength of local leagues.
